COVID-19 Policies

You must wear a mask for the duration of your appointment, refusing in doing so, will result in your appointment being terminated, no mask, no service, no exemptions. Please sanitise your hands upon entering the hair salon. Card only, please. Please come alone to your appointment. Please bring as little as possible with you to your appointment. If you are unwell, please do not attend your appointment. If you or anyone in your household has been exposed to COVID-19 please do not come to your appointment.

If you have had COVID-19 or the COVID-19 vaccination since we last saw you, you MUST attend a skin patch test before your next colour appointment. This needs to be performed at least 48 hours before your appointment. You must wait 2 weeks after having the vaccination before having any colour treatment

Late cancellations/no show policy

Any cancellations after the 48-hour notice period will be charged a 30% late cancellation fee. Anyone that does not show up for their appointments will be charged a 50% no-show fee. You are sent a reminder 48 hours and 2 hours before your appointment, which makes forgetting your appointment, not a valid excuse. If you repeatedly do not show up or cancel last minute, you will not be offered any more appointments after the 2nd time.

Skin patch tests

All new clients MUST attend a skin test before any colour appointment. This is not negotiable, so please book yourself in for a skin test and when you have attended this appointment, you can then go ahead and book your colour appointment. This allows the stylist to give an estimate on timings and to put together an appointment plan to suit you both. Any appointments that have no had a skin test performed beforehand will be cancelled.

Please arrive on time for your appointment

Due to our busy schedule, we can only wait for you up to 15 minutes after your appointment time. If you are late by up to 15 minutes or more, your appointment will be cancelled, and you may be charged a fee.


Upon arrival for your hair appointment, you will enter a car park, please do not park in a space that has a number plate plaque on the curb. You are free to park anywhere that hasn’t got a number plate plaque.


If you are not happy with the outcome of your service, you must tell us within 7 days of your appointment. Thereupon we will ask you to come back into the salon to discuss a further plan, if you do not wish to return to the salon to discuss your service, you may only be refunded 50% of the specific service price. Any problems reported after the 7 days will not be refunded and any amendments may incur an extra charge for a new service. All refunds are subject to the appointment plan you discussed with your stylist and signed before your appointment. Any problems must be reported and settled within 7 days of the service date. Refunds will only be given within 7 days of the last appointment date. 

Appointment confirming

Once your appointment has been booked, you will receive a message from us asking you to confirm your appointment. Please follow the link in the message and confirm your appointment with a card. This will not charge you unless you cancel within the 48 hour notice period or do not show up. 

Appointments are only held for 24 hours from the time it was booked and if it hasn’t been confirmed within the 24 hours the appointment is automatically removed and opened back up to the online booking system, which will mean the appointment day and time may no longer be available to yourself.
