What the client asked for…

I had the pleasure of visiting a delightful client who was looking for a hairdresser in Upper Heyford for a colour appointment, but it turned out she was looking for something more.

While she initially wanted a balayage, she was totally game for a major chop too!

Excited for a new, textured ‘do to go with her “lived-in blonde” vibe, we went for it and created a fierce new style that’s guaranteed to make heads turn. This beauty is ready to take on the world with her bold, fresh look!

What we did…

Once I finished my client’s stunning hair colour, it was time to take her style to the next level with a cut and blow-dry. To create the perfect restyle, I used a combination of scissors and razors.

First things first, I established our foundation line by taking off some length from her hair. Then, I worked my magic with the razor, adding in plenty of choppy layers for a fresh, modern vibe. But we didn’t want anything too heavy, as that would have the opposite effect on her hair.

I finished off the cut by adding some gorgeous curtain bangs to frame her face.

Next up, it was time to perfect the style with some dry cutting and added texture. And last but not least, I put the finishing touches on her look by creating some loose, effortless waves. This beauty is ready to rock her fierce new style!

How it turned out…

The final product was a stunning, choppy bob that looks effortlessly chic and is a breeze to style.
